Self-Love is defined as:

regard for one’s own well-being and happiness (chiefly considered as a desirable rather than narcissistic characteristic).

WHY SHOULD YOU GIVE YOURSELF SELF-LOVE?

You’ve made the commitment to your spouse

You’ve made the commitment to your kids and Family

You’ve made the commitment to friends

You’ve made the commitment to work

Whatever the role you play – you’ve committed, and you’re doing a great job!

But at what cost…

What About A Commitment To Yourself?

Ask Yourself :

Have I put my dreams and goals on hold?

Do I have sufficient time alone to recharge?

Am I as healthy as I would like to be?

Am I where I want to be financially?

Am I HAPPY?

What happens when we neglect to give ourselves self-love and choose to defer our own goals?

  • Regret
  • Anger
  • Low self-esteem
  • Lack of Confidence
  • Depression
  • Poor Performance at work or school
  • Financial issues – especially when we give what we don’t have
  • Decline in Health

 

 

 

No one recognizes we are stressed because we seem to handle everything with a smile or without complaint.  

We take on so much and do so much for others that we lose focus on ourselves. 

Neglect leads to stress and anxiety, and we do our best to cope. 

The truth is…

…we are in over our heads, losing oxygen and drowning!

We must stop this!
